Floor and secondary containment

The floor will be supported by 4″ Channel iron crossmembers on 12″ centers.

A sealed dam will be installed around the entire perimeter of the van to contain any spilled fluids. The excess oil will drain into a
compartment below the stairs where it can be drained.

Insulation

BASF 2917 Spray foam insulation will be applied in the walls, ceiling and below the floor.

Toolbox and storage cabinet (drivers side)

A large under body cabinet will be installed on the drivers side, behind the axle. This cabinet will feature:
Sweepout style floor.
Two aluminum doors with stainless steel hinges and stainless refer latch.
A retainment rod that will hold the doors open at 90 degrees.

Remote fill cabinet

The remote fill cabinet will be installed on the passengers side.
The floor of the cabinet will serve as a secondary containment reservoir that can be drained through the evac system.

This cabinet will feature two sets of insulated double aluminum doors with heavy duty stainless steel hinges, refer style
latch and a retainment device that holds each door open to 90 degrees.

Hydraulic drive

Chelsea hotshift PTO for an Allison automatic transmission.
A Variable displacement piston pump with pressure compensation will power all hydraulic functions.
A park brake interface will be installed, disabling the PTO whenever the park brake is not applied.

Work bench

A heavy duty work bench will be installed inside the van and will include a 3/16″ thick top plate, 4″ vise, and a peg board mounted to the wall above.

Beacon lights

Four (4) Jetco LED Amber strobe lights will be installed – two at the front of the van, two at the rear of the van.
Connect directly to ignition power – no switch required.

Camera system

Install a Voyager backup camera c/w in cab display.
