This equipment will be mounted on a Wabash supplied Caterpillar 745 Long wheelbase truck.
Cat C18 engine with ACERT technology (Tier 4 final) Net Power (SAE J1349) 496 Hp
Autoshift transmission with nine forward and two reverse speeds. (Max 54.8 Km/Hr forward, 14.6 Km/Hr reverse)
Lube Building
12′ 3″ Overall width, 15′ 10″ Overall length, 8′ 0″ Inside height.
Floor
The floor will be supported by 3″ Channel iron crossmembers on 12″ centers.
Smooth 10 gauge steel, satin coated floor sheet with sealed perimeter for secondary containment.
A sealed dam will be installed around the entire perimeter of the van to contain any spilled fluids. The excess oil will drain into a
compartment below the stairs where it can be drained.
Insulation
BASF 2917 Spray foam insulation will be applied in the walls, ceiling and below the floor.
Remote filling cabinet
One cabinet will be installed on the right side of the van. This cabinet will hold remote filling products for the oils, coolant,
grease and DEF. This cabinet will feature:
Sealed floor with drain for collection of drips.

Diesel fuel dispensing
One Blackmer 3″ sliding vane pump with strainer and trunk kit will be used to supply both dispense reels.
Two Wabash Mfg. Inc. filter vessel will be installed containing 10 micron Velcon filter elements.
All diesel fuel plumbing will be manufactured from schd 40 stainless steel piping.
A 2″ GPI flow meter with resettable digital display, max 1,250 LPM (Not Measurement Canada approved for resale).
The high volume dispense circuit will be set to deliver approximately 1000 liters per minute (265 US GPM) and will include:
